DEBOLA OMOOBA is an astute businessman and a prolific entrepreneur.

Trained as a lawyer, he holds an LLB & BL Law degree and he is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He has worked with Eleganaza Industries Ltd/Rao Investment & Property Company (the latter is a subsidiary of the former) as Legal adviser & Head of the chairman’s office where he was directly involved in the project management of the multiple luxury and commercial properties constructed, leased and managed by the company.

He also has a Law firm called Debola Omooba & Associates, specialized in property law, oil & gas law and

Commercial law. His services cover a wide spectrum of clientele Vis; Multinational companies, Property consultants,

Banks, Government parastatals, Oil companies and Individuals.

He has also had vocational training abroad (in Italy) in designs and manufacturing.

Debola is a Director on the boards of VP-SHOM LIMITED an ICT Company incorporated in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Interior Designers Association of Nigeria, a resource council member of the International Federation of Interior Architects and Designers and a member of both the Nigerian and International Bar Associations.

He has over 20 years experience in his chosen field.

DEBOLA OMOOBA is happily married and resides in Lagos, Nigeria with his wife.

JOY OMOOBA is a Corporate Executive and a business woman per excellence.

She graduated from the University of Calabar with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics & Statistics in 1992. Within the years 1994 and 1995, she worked in Mars Savings and Loans Ltd as Marketing Executive and within the years 1995 and 1997 she worked in Blackspur Nig Ltd (an international security equipment company) as Corporate Affairs Manager.

She has also had vocational training abroad (in Italy) in interior designs and furniture manufacturing.

She started her career in interior designs and furniture manufacturing in the year 1997. Today she co-owns three interior design and furniture companies with her husband namely: Interior Specifics Ltd (specialized in avante garde and luxury home furniture and designs), Interior Café Ltd (specialized in medium-end home furniture and designs) and Offisdesign Ltd (specialized in office furniture, space design, window blinds and partitioning).

Her proficiency in trade and business has seen her stir her companies to laudable heights and success, becoming a household name in the real estate sector and leading interior design and furniture companies in Nigeria.

1. African Direct Marketing Institute: Best Interior Design Company in West Africa – 2008
2. Financial Standards: Best Interior Design/Décor Company in Nigeria – 2008
3. African Brand Leadership Awards: Best Furniture Company of the year 2011.

Joy Omooba is a member of the Interior Designers Association of Nigeria and has over 18 years experience in her chosen field. She is happily married and resides in Lagos, Nigeria with her Husband.
